Our ads give plenty of detail so you should only receive enquiries from genuinely interested parties. Our search criteria allow our site visitors to be very specific about what they want, or make suggestions if they are looking for advice. You can have up to 6 pictures in each ad which appear as a slide show and also as a separate page of pictures.

In addition, once logged in, you can access statistics which tell you; how many times your ad has appeared in search results, how many times the full ad has been viewed, how many times your ad has been saved to a visitor's “Saved Ads” or emailed to their friend/s.

When placing your ad please remember to click “Save Changes” regularly, especially on the description page. If there is no activity on the page – i.e. if the page is not saved or refreshed – for more than 30 minutes you will be logged off automatically and unsaved data will be lost.

Any special features your property has should be explained, and if you claim your property is, for example, suitable for children, you will need to explain how it is suitable, e.g. where is the nearest school, in the main description of your text.
