Our mobile home is sited on a friendly, convenient, riverside site in the village of Welford-on-Avon, approximately 6 miles from Stratford upon Avon, within easy reach of the Cotswolds. The site is open for 10 months each year from 7 March until 7 January, and is for the over 55's only; purchase of the mobile home is subject to approval by the site owner. The usual procedure is for a viewing to take place, then if the viewer wishes to buy the unit a meeting is arrange with the site owner to run through the site regulations and answer any questions the purchaser may have.
The mobile home is in an excellent, clean condition and provides two bedrooms together with a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area. It has lpg gas central heating provided by a combi-boiler and a full sized gas slot-in cooker. There is a large fridge freezer in the kitchen area, and plenty of storage space in the kitchen and throughout the unit. The main bathroom has wc, wash hand basin and walk in shower. The main bedroom has a small en-suite comprising wc and wash handbasin, and also a cupboard which houses the central heating boiler. There is a large walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom with hanging spaces, shelves and drawers, and the king sized bed hinges upwards giving access to a large storage space underneath. The second bedroom has sufficient space for two single beds and also has built in storage cupboards.

Please note that although this link shows the unit with furnishings, we are selling the unit unfurnished apart from the fixed king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and of course all the built in storage units.

Outside there is a large decking area around 2 sides of the unit with plenty of space for al-fresco eating and sitting. We removed the fence panels and planters around the edge of the decking as we preferred the open view, we could easily re-fit these if required. There is an outside tap under the decking. The garden has a wildlife pond which is easy to maintain, however we would be happy to fill it in if a purchaser preferred us to do so. There are a number of planted beds with gravel paths, there is no grass to mow, making it low maintenance. There is also a metal shed with water, electric cabling and waste ready for a washing machine to be plumbed in. There is ample parking for 2 cars at the front of the unit.
