The maintenance fee is set at $5 per square meter of your unit per month. (The maintenance fee includes: Insurance on the structures, 24hr security, groundskeepers and maintenance personnel, trash collection, common element utilities/expenses).

During your stay, all hotel services and amenities will be available to you at additional cost. These include everything from 24-hour room service to our extensive spa treatment and fitness facilities. You may also enjoy fine dining in your room from our five-star restaurant, evening turndown service, garment care, and of course, around-the-clock concierge to arrange theatre and airline tickets or dinner reservations in town. In addition to personal luxury services, the hotel also offers meeting and conference room with high ceilings.

May we stress again that Barbaron is a 100% freehold property and not leased property as is commonly found on St. Maarten and we we have the zoning AND building permits and approval from the Fire Dept. The rental program will be managed through a specialized computer reservation system that assigns “rotation points” to condos as they are occupied. The condos with the least number of rotation points are the next to be rented in the system.
