Purchasers may enjoy use of their property for a period of 30 days/year excluding peak seasons (Christmas, Carnival, Easter, and summer). Purchasers can only opt out from the rental scheme after the first 5 years and if the property were sold within such period the new purchaser must accept the rental conditions of the previous owner.
