MARTON MERE HOLIDAY VILLAGE
Just 5 minutes off junction 4 of the M55 the park is very easy to find. Set in it's own nature reserve and not far from the bright lights of Blackpool, Marton Mere confidently out classes it's rivals with fantastic leisure facilities and an exceptionally lively programme of entertainment for the whole family. All this plus the gigantic backdrop of the world famous Blackpool Tower.
Fish, Chips and Summer Barbeques are all on the menu here and with shops on site, this provides you with all that is needed for a Self-Catering Holiday. The lively and upbeat facilities include a huge Splash Zone Indoor Swimming Pool and Outdoor Play Area, a seasonal Football Academy and Multi-Sports Court and don't forget that the Kids will love touring the picturesque Holiday Village on the fantastic Daisy Bikes! And as you would expect from a top class Park in the Blackpool area, the sizzling evening entertainment is second to none - with glamorous new shows galore!!
But if its more of a quiet holiday you want, why not take a look at the Nature Reserve and Wildlife Sanctuary. An area of open water, reed beds, scrub and grassland renowned for its wildlife. The reserve is nationally recognised, as a Site of Special Scientific Interest', for its birds, but also it has important populations of dragonflies, butterflies, hoverflies and other animals such as bats. It is Blackpool's bio diversity hotspot. The Warden gives regular guided walks, as do the Friends of Marton Mere, a voluntary group whose aim is to promote awareness of the nature reserve.

The Caravan For The Family Breaks
The van is a Cosalt Eclipse, 37x12ft, designed specifically for the Owner's Exclusive organisation, hence you won't find any information on the wider internet about it. We chose it because of the unusual layout: The master bedroom is at one end of the van whilst the two twin rooms are at the other end, each bedroom area having it's own bathroom with shower. Not having a thin-wall separating you and the kids at night, the usual arrangement, is an all-round good thing. There are six beds in the van, and the seating area converts to an additional double bed(Sleeps 8-berth).Very luxury caravan top of range - double-glazed and centrally heated.Gold range
