Albergue La Pedrera is situated in the designated country park area of La Pedrera .This is an extremely large area in the countryside near Torrevieja,on the Costa Blanca.This is wonderful walking country with breathtaking views and abundant wildlife.
The developing mobile home park will accommodate up to 40 mobile homes, several of which are already in situ and occupied.
Albergue La Pedrera was originally partly developed by the local council with wooden chalets for rental and individual plots for caravans. These remain, but are apart from the new homes. As a result of the previous council involvement the infrastructure of roads, lighting and utilities such as rubbish collection are already in place.
The park is now being privately developed.
There is a bar and restaurant and a new swimming pool is scheduled for summer 2008.
Internet and TV connections are available with all British channels. Altogether 36 TV channels and 14 radio stations can be received
Pets are allowed.
There is 24hour security on the park, gates are locked at 11pm and there is a night security guard on duty.
