Our mobile home park in France is well presented, semi rural and boasts an excellent community spirit. Situated in the Vendee, the nearest large town is St Gilles Croix de Vie, which can be found on the west coast with its excellent Grand Plage, fishing harbour, marina and market. The mobile home site is only 5 minutes from the local French village and 20 minutes drive from some of the best beaches in the Vendee. In the village you will find plenty of things to do including walking, windsurfing and boating. Other onlookers choose to relax on the surrounding grassy knolls. There really is something for everyone.
The soft golden beaches of the Vendée are the best-kept secret of the French coastline. Not yet fully discovered and exploited by tourism, the Vendee region averages a glorious 2600 hours of sunshine per year. If you are looking for a second home or holiday home in the sun, this lovely area is a wonderful option due to the lakes, beaches, villages, forests and beautiful weather. Bordering the Atlantic just south of Brittany, the area is host to a veritable banquet of tradition, culture and panoramic scenery, encapsulated in salt marshes and fish farms depicting the livelihood of the local community.
