The house has 3 bedrooms. The main one has an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has two fitted wardrobes one either side of the bathroom doorway. The double bed will be staying. The bathroom is fitted out with a bath with a shower attachment, a sink, a WC and a bidet.
The second bedroom has one double fitted wardrobe and the double bed will be staying.
The third bedroom is currently being used as a study.

The kitchen is appx. 7.5 m² and comes complete with fitted cupboards, a large fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is also a new electric oven and a new gas hob.
The living room/dining room is appx 16m² with a wood-burning fire. None of the furniture in this room will be staying.
There is no air-conditioning but all bedrooms have ceiling fans/lights.
Outside the kitchen there is a portico large enough to contain a table, couch and chairs and outside the living/dining room there is a stone table and benches over which there is a metal framework 3mx3m over which can be erected a canvas canopy.
The front garden has 2 palm trees and 3 other pine/conifer trees plus flower beds etc. There is also a replica well which houses the pump for a bore-hole which supplies the water for the garden hoses and the swimming pool (this is free). The rear garden is lawn which is the size of a badminton court and lies beside the swimming pool. There is a 'bunker' which houses the swimming pool pump and the electrics and beside that there is a large brick-built barbecue and a sink and tap.
Lastly there is a brick-built store-house (trastero). |
