The main town of Paphos is about fifteen minutes by car and the main Paphos airport is about twenty minutes drive away. Local amenities in Peyia include a Supermarket, Bakery and friendly Tavern. Council rates are only £100 per year and for the upkeep of the pool including electric water and insurance and we pay £250 per year.
This is in a very small development of only six properties unlike some other developments where you might have 30 or more villas sharing one small pool
The price Im asking is very low for a furnished 4 bedroom house in the Peyia (Pegeia) area. If you check on the web sites of any of the Cyprus estate agents I dont think you will find any of them offering a four bedroom villa for £182.000 or 230.000 Euro |
