Yes we can trade your UK holiday home as part payment for a Spanish Holiday Home on our Park. Unfortunately many Ex-pats have been caught and spent a lot of their life savings with various operators, only to find the holiday park is (a) not owned by the sales organization and (b) not properly licensed . Although not required, we recommend engaging an Abagado or solicitor, after all, it is your money and Spain has different laws, caution is the by word.
